Terms under which Dmarcread is provided.

Dmarcread is operated by Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By using the Dmarcread application at dmarcread-p3.agen2ic.ai, you accept these terms.

01 / THE FREE TIER

Provided as-is.

Dmarcread Free — the browser-based DMARC aggregate report parser described on this site — is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Free tier has no backend, no accounts, no data storage, and no server-side processing. It is a static HTML page with inline JavaScript served from a public URL. You use it at your own discretion.

The Free tier is currently the only tier that exists. It costs nothing and requires no account, no payment, and no personal information.

02 / THE PRO TIER

Described for planning; not currently offered.

The Pro tier described on the pricing page is a forward-looking description of features that would require a fundamentally different architecture: a backend server, a database, an email sender, and a payment processor. None of these exist in the current product. The Pro tier is not offered, not purchasable, and not under active development as a commercial service at this time. References to it are planning descriptions only.

No payment is accepted by this site. No subscription is formed by reading the pricing page or interacting with the disabled demo checkout form.

03 / ACCEPTABLE USE

Use the tool as provided.

You may use Dmarcread to parse DMARC aggregate report files that you lawfully possess. You may not use the tool to probe, scan, or attack any system. You may not distribute the JavaScript or HTML of this site as your own product. The tool has no rate limiting, authentication, or abuse controls — it is a client-side page with no server. Abuse of the tool is limited by what a single page load can do.

The Dmarcread name, the chevron-and-square mark, the page design, and the software code on this site are owned by Agen2ic, LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any of these without written permission.

05 / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No liability for data interpretation.

Dmarcread presents what a DMARC aggregate report's fields contain. It does not interpret, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy of the underlying report data — the reports are generated by third-party mailbox providers. Dmarcread is a parsing tool, not a security or deliverability service. The operator is not liable for any decisions you make based on the parsed output, nor for any failure of the tool to detect a particular sending source or authentication status.

06 / GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

No governing law, jurisdiction, or dispute-resolution mechanism has been designated for these terms. The operating entity is Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, but no registered address, company number, or VAT number is published. A formal legal framework for these terms has not been established. This notice will be updated when one is.

07 / CHANGES

Updates to these terms.

These terms may be updated if the product or its operating structure changes. Any changes will be published here. The current terms dated October 2026 reflect the product as it exists today: a Free tier that works in your browser and a Pro tier that does not yet exist.

08 / BILLING

Payment terms for the Pro tier.

When these apply. The Pro tier described on the pricing page is not yet available for purchase. This section describes the billing terms that will apply when it launches. Until then, no payment is accepted by this site and the Free tier is the only offering.

What you buy

A Dmarcread Pro subscription gives you access to server-backed features: automatic email receipt of DMARC reports, scheduled digests, historical record storage, unidentified-source alerts, and team access. The exact features and limits at each price tier will be published on the pricing page when Pro launches.

Price and billing period

Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. The price for each plan will be listed on the pricing page. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate. All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any taxes that may apply.

Payment method

Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Failed payment

If a payment fails (card declined, expired, or insufficient funds), Stripe automatically retries the charge up to three times over the following week. Email notification after the first failure is planned. If all retries fail, your Pro subscription is suspended and you are downgraded to the Free tier, which continues to work as before. Your Pro data (reports, alerts, history) is retained for 30 days after suspension. If you update your payment method within that period, Pro access is restored and your data is preserved. After 30 days, stored data may be deleted.

Refund policy

If you are unhappy with Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After 14 days, no refunds are given for the remainder of the billing period. To request a refund, email dmarcread-p3@agen2ic.ai. Refunds for annual subscriptions are pro-rated to the monthly equivalent for the months used, with the balance refunded.
